		<description>Thank you Aru for your enquiry.   Usually I have the white flour steamed and when it is cold, I sift the flour and if I have 4 cups of steamed flour I mix into it about 5 or 6  cups of red rice flour bought in a packet.  Then I sift both together so that it is mixed well.
