You made our journey into Sri Lankan cuisine so easy – your recipes were clear and precise; contained ingredients that we had in our pantry and required no special tools to recreate authentic Sri Lankan food.     Dear Saragini, I have just had my first full on Sri Lankan lunch party for my girlfriends and what a success. I made the pickles, the brussels sprouts and carrot, pongal rice, butter chicken, the vegetable pullao and they were just delicious. Every one wanted takeaways!!
